How To Make Big Mac Sausage – Taste Test

The Sausages

To make Big Mac, Big Mac Sausage:

  1. Buy Big Macs
  2. Chop up Big Macs
  3. Grind Big Mac
  4. Stuff into casing
  5. Let the sausage sit overnight – allows the casings to shrink
  6. Cook in your preferred method, I use cast iron

To Make Big Mac Imposter Sausage

  1. Grind a chuck roast (I’d add some salt)
  2. Stuff into casing
  3. Let it sit over night – allows the casings to shrink
  4. Meanwhile, make Big Mac Special Sauce – also let it sit overnight
  5. Cook in your preferred method
  6. Put cooked sausage on a bun with seeds, such as this Pepperidge Farm Hoagie Roll
  7. Add some sauce, cheese, pickles, shredded onion, and lettuce
  8. Consume
